Kids, Stand Up For Your Rights

Collège Charles Lemaitre is a little French secondary school of 380 students located at Les Monts d’Aunay at about 35 kms from Caen, Normandy and only 30 kms from the famous D-Day landing beaches.

We are an experienced institution involved in several international projects with EU countries and Africa. We believe school should encourage students to open up to the world, gain confidence, enjoy better job opportunities and contribute to building a better future.

We coordinate an EU-funded Erasmus+ project called « Kids, Stand Up For Your Rights. » We have 4 partner schools from 3 EU countries: Poland, Romania and Turkey. We develop and organize school exchanges and lots of online activities about migrations, refugees and human rights! We have built a strong partnership with the French Red Cross Organization who help us organize food collects and various events about human rights.

We would be glad to have a US school join us. It would be such a great experience.
