Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
Our Catholic Vocational High School Sainte-Thérèse (…..) is part of the Diocese of Nantes. It is located in the city centre of Saint Nazaire. Our students are training in commerce, management, transport and logistics. Our region is an industrial, economical commercial hub. There are many international businesses among which Chantiers de l’Atlantique (ship building company) and Airbus (European plane builder). Our students would be interested in meeting American students sharing common human and
sympathetic values.
Since 2010 we have organized several school trips to New-York and now , looking to 2024, we would like to launch a new challenge. It would be a Skill Competition between your students and ours. The product would be the very successful French and American Cookie. The challenge would be about using graphic, digital, network supports to develop the slogan « Make the buzz for the Amazing French cookie Michel et Augustin »
Our students from both countries could develop their communication campaigns to boost the sales of this unusual French company which has managed to take its share in the American and International market, by selling its products to Starbucks, Delta Air Lines, Whole Food.
They have achieved this amazing development through a surprising and energetic communication.
Apart from the pleasure of tasting these delicious biscuits, the benefit would be huge for students on both sides of the Atlantic: they would develop language and social skills, get to know each others. New ideas could emerge, working in group could be an incentive to more creativity. In the end an innovating marketing campaign could be launched.
This challenge between our highschools by triggering cooperation and understanding matches well this French Family business which has grown to the international without abandoning its human values.
It is possible to imagine receiving your students in France !
We would love to exchange with you about this project.
Please contact us.
Yours Truthfully
Nathalie Bainvel, Art Teacher
